About Dr. Mark Vettraino
Dr. Mark Vettraino, DC is a National Board–Certified and licensed chiropractor, Certified Ergonomic Physician, author, professor, producer, coach, and public speaker. Throughout his career he has also served as a consultant to 67 Fortune 500 companies, bringing a rare breadth of experience to patient care, education, and whole-body wellness.
With more than 40 years of clinical experience, Dr. Vettraino has worked with professional athletes from the NFL, NHL, PGA, and LPGA, as well as Olympic-level cyclists and track athletes. His work with elite performers has given him a deep understanding of biomechanics, recovery, and the body’s remarkable ability to heal and perform at its highest level.
Dr. Vettraino’s journey into chiropractic care began through personal adversity. As a former NCAA collegiate football player, a series of injuries abruptly ended his athletic career. After 18 months of unsuccessful medical treatment, he walked into a chiropractor’s office—and that single visit changed the trajectory of his life. Experiencing the healing power of chiropractic firsthand inspired him to dedicate his career to helping others restore function, overcome pain, and reclaim their health.
Born and raised in Michigan, Dr. Vettraino now resides in Woodstock, Georgia, with his wife, Kelly. Together they raised four children—Adam, Meghan, Sarah (deceased), and Heather. These life experiences continue to shape the compassion and perspective he brings to every patient he serves.
Today, Dr. Vettraino focuses on individualized, results-driven care that addresses the root cause of dysfunction—helping patients restore proper movement, reduce pain, and achieve lasting health and vitality.
