More than Chiropractic.

We take a whole-body approach to health and wellness, analyzing your body from the inside out to help you feel, function, and live better.

The Three Phases of Chiropractic Treatment

1. Active Treatment — Put Out the Fire

This is the initial phase of care. The primary goal is to reduce pain, calm irritation, and restore basic movement and function. When someone is hurting, our first priority is to “put out the fire” so the body can begin to recover.

2. Corrective Care — Fix the Problem

Once the immediate pain and irritation have improved, the focus shifts to correcting the underlying problems that contributed to the condition. This may include improving spinal and joint movement, addressing areas of dysfunction, and helping the body move more normally. The goal is to reduce the likelihood of the same problem continually returning.

3. Maintenance Care — Keep the Fire Out

Once a patient is feeling better and functioning well, maintenance care focuses on preserving the progress that has been made. Just as we maintain our teeth, vehicles, and homes, periodic chiropractic care can help support continued mobility, function, and an active lifestyle.

A simple way to remember the three phases:

1. Active Care → Put Out the Fire
2. Corrective Care → Fix the Problem
3. Maintenance Care → Keep It Out

Remember: Feeling better does not always mean you are fully healed. Completing all three phases gives you the best opportunity for lasting results and a healthier, more active life.
